Samuel's House Venezuela

A faith based, approved 501c3 non-governmental organization, dedicated to making a positive difference in Venezuela, especially in the lives of at-risk children. Samuel’s House is a children’s home located on a rural farm outside Caracas. We are passionate about raising children who understand they are created in the image of God with the gifts and abilities to effect change in the world around them; children who strive to glorify God. We do this by inspiring hope through families; quality education and a personal, passionate devotion to Jesus Christ.

Embry-Riddle Chi Alpha

Matt & Maureen Simpson have served @ Embry-Riddle for almost 7 years. They have 4 kids: Olivia (8), Eli (7), Amaiya (4), & Isaac (2). Like most families, they spend a lot of their time racing between dance recitals, sports practices, school & church. They lead worship on Friday nights @ Elevate & spend time mentoring students.

Matt & Maureen met in Springfield, Missouri, while attending Evangel University (Matt> History, Maureen> Psychology) where they still have a lot of friends & a ton of great memories.

Matt grew up in North Irwin, PA, & is a certified Pittsburgh Steelers fanatic, and Maureen grew up as a military brat and claims the St. Louis area as "home". She loves music and the creative arts.
